Leean Hernandez is a detail-oriented and analytical Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of experience in accounting. With expertise in GAAP and the full spectrum of financial management, Leean has provided CFO-for-hire services to a variety of businesses including non-profit, property management, real estate, construction, and more. As CEO of Leean Hernandez, MBA, she has a track record of delivering high-quality strategic solutions to resolve challenges and drive business growth. Leean's experience also includes serving as Executive Director for West Valley Imaging and Regional Controller for Coach USA, as well as working as a Corporate Accountant at Lankford & Associates and a Financial Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Leean earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2002, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University in 2000. She has a QuickBooks Teaching certification and skills in financial reporting and analysis, cash flow planning and management, and state and federal tax compliance.

She and her husband have three beautiful children and big football fans!

God has shown her that He has putting a calling in her life to be here with this organization and this vision by filling her heart with light.
